Standard delivery is free to mainland UK postcodes and takes 1 to 3 working days. Large items, such as furniture, BBQs, gazebos and shelving, are delivered free in 5 to 7 working days. Orders usually leave within 24 to 48 hours.
Free next-day delivery (order before 1pm, Monday to Thursday) is unavailable at the moment. VonHaus has listed it as unavailable due to high demand since 12 June 2026.
Small items can go anywhere in the UK, including Northern Ireland. Large items aren't delivered to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly or the Scottish Highlands north of Glasgow, and there's no delivery to the Republic of Ireland. VonHaus confirms at checkout whether it can deliver to your postcode. Couriers deliver to ground-floor entrances only.
You can return unused items in their original packaging, with the seal and labels intact, within 30 days of dispatch. Email support@vonhaus.com with your order number first to get a returns authorisation number.
Returns aren't free unless the item is faulty: a label for an Evri parcel shop costs £3.99, and a home collection costs £6.99. For large items such as furniture, you may need to book your own courier.
VonHaus doesn't do exchanges, so you'll get a refund and can place a new order. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 30 days of VonHaus receiving the item.

Most VonHaus codes take 15% to 30% off one selected product range. Over the past year VonHaus has run codes for TV brackets, monitor mounts, desk risers, step ladders, indoor furniture, a mini fridge, a steam mop and kettle and toaster sets.
VonHaus also runs short codes for 10% off everything through its Instagram page. The last two, in August and September 2026, lasted a week or less.
Blue Light Card members get 10% off any order. VonHaus Rewards, the free loyalty club, emails you a code for 10% or 15% off your next order once you've spent £75 or £150 in total, and £20 off once you reach £300. Some sale prices need no code at all: the discount shows in your basket.
A VonHaus code only works on the selected items named in its offer, and you can use one promo code per order. That means you can't add a product code on top of a Rewards or Blue Light Card code.
