Delivery times and options are shown on each product page; orders come by courier or Royal Mail and can be left with a neighbour or in a safe place. Refunds are made within 14 days of the item arriving back at Primrose's warehouse, to your original payment method. Products have a one-year warranty unless stated otherwise.
