Step One NHS discount code and refer a friend

We couldn't find an NHS or Blue Light discount on the Step One website when we checked in October 2026. Step One's UK refer a friend programme, which gave a free pair of boxer briefs for each referral, ran until 31 December 2025, so it has ended.

The First Pair Guarantee

Step One backs your first order with its First Pair Guarantee: if the fit or style of your first pair isn't right, Step One will refund it or swap it for a new size, even though you've opened and worn it. If you bought several items, you can return any that are still sealed and unopened, or exchange them within the same range.

That makes it lower-risk to try one pair first, then buy a bundle once you know your size.

Step One delivery and returns

Apart from the First Pair Guarantee, you have 30 days from purchase to return unopened, unused items in their original packaging.
