Does M&S have discount codes?

Not usually. Most savings at M&S are offers that apply automatically in your bag, so there's no code to enter. When we checked the M&S offers page on 11 October 2026, these were running:

• Brand offers: 20% off selected women's brands such as Chelsea Peers, Finery and Chinti & Parker, and 20% off selected men's knitwear and outerwear.
• Multibuys: 2 for £45 on selected Seasalt tops, 2 for £40 on selected White Stuff and 2 for £30 on selected Regatta fleeces.
• Money off: £50 off selected Seasalt outerwear and 30% off selected Hugo Boss.
• Beauty gifts: a free gift with two Clinique products, and gift sets when you spend a set amount.
• Clearance: reduced lines online and in store.

These offers change often and most cover selected items only, so check the price in your bag before you pay. Our Marks & Spencer page lists the offers that are live today.

M&S Sparks: personalised offers and a birthday treat

Sparks is M&S's loyalty scheme. According to M&S, members get:

• Personalised offers that earn money back: you activate an offer, shop, complete it and the reward goes into your Sparks wallet, to spend at M&S on anything from food to fashion.
• A free birthday treat, once you add your date of birth to your Sparks profile.
• Charity donations: M&S donates 1p to a charity you choose each time you scan your Sparks card or shop logged in on M&S.com.

Sparks works best in the M&S app, where your digital Sparks wallet lives. You can also register for emails with offers tailored to you, plus rewards and promotions before anyone else.

Is there an M&S student discount?

We couldn't find a student discount on marksandspencer.com when we checked on 11 October 2026: there's no student discount page, and the M&S help pages on loyalty and rewards don't mention one.

The closest things to a regular discount are Sparks offers, the clearance section and the brand offers above. Parents can also join the M&S Baby Club, which M&S advertises with 10% off baby grows.

M&S delivery costs and how to get free delivery

The easiest way to avoid a delivery charge is Click & Collect, which is free on every fashion, home and beauty order. Bring your confirmation email: stores hold your order for 5 days from your collection date. Couriers deliver between 7am and 9pm.

M&S returns policy

The standard returns window at M&S is 28 days, for both online and in-store purchases. Sale items bought online are the exception: you have 14 days to return them, unless stated otherwise.

Returns by post are free through Evri or Royal Mail drop-off points (you can use any drop-off point, not just the one you chose). Returning to an M&S fashion, home and beauty store is the quickest way to get your refund. Start a return from 'Orders & returns' in your M&S account.

Tips to pay less at M&S

1. Check the offers page first. Brand offers and multibuys apply automatically, so you don't need a code.
2. Use free Click & Collect if your order is under £75, instead of paying £3.99 for delivery.
3. Join Sparks and add your birthday to get personalised offers and the birthday treat.
4. Look at clearance, but remember that sale items bought online have a 14-day return window.
