How to Save at Emma Bridgewater: Outlet Seconds, First Order Offer and the Collectors Club

Looking for an Emma Bridgewater discount code? Emma Bridgewater has made hand-decorated pottery in Stoke-on-Trent since 1985: mugs, tableware and homeware in patterns such as Polka Dot, Hearts and Black Toast. Its savings come less from public codes and more from a first-order code, multibuys, the Outlet and the Collectors Club.
Here's how each works, and what delivery and returns cost, from emmabridgewater.co.uk as we found it in October 2026.

Emma Bridgewater discount code for your first order
Sign up to the Emma Bridgewater newsletter and new customers get a unique 10% code by email. It doesn't cover personalised or already discounted items, and it won't work on an account that has ordered before. Save it for a full-price order, such as a set of mugs or a tableware collection.
Any other codes and deals we find are on our Emma Bridgewater page.
Multibuys: save 15% on half-pint mugs
Emma Bridgewater runs multibuy offers on its best-known pieces. When we checked, you could buy two half-pint mugs and save 15%. Multibuys are a good way to build a set in the same pattern, or buy a pair as a gift.

The Outlet: seconds and discontinued designs
The Outlet sells two kinds of cheaper pottery:
- Seconds: pieces with small cosmetic faults in the finish, decoration or shape. The faults aren't structural, so they work as normal.
- Discontinued designs: patterns and shapes that are no longer made.
If you're buying for everyday use rather than display, seconds are the cheapest way to get genuine Emma Bridgewater mugs, plates and bowls.

The Collectors Club: £10 for life
For a one-off £10 you're a Collectors Club member for life. Members get:
- Early access to seasonal sales and dedicated Collectors Club promotions.
- Exclusive Collectors Club pieces, and preview access to new and limited editions.
- Invitations to the annual Factory Open Days, product previews and launch events.
If you buy Emma Bridgewater more than once or twice a year, early access to the sales can be worth more than the £10.
Does Emma Bridgewater do an NHS or student discount?
We couldn't find an NHS, Blue Light Card or student discount on the Emma Bridgewater website when we checked in October 2026. NHS staff and students can still use the 10% first-order code, multibuys and the Outlet.

Emma Bridgewater returns and guarantee
Contact Emma Bridgewater within 30 days of delivery to return something. Returning unwanted items isn't free: you can buy a £6 Evri returns label for the UK mainland. Faulty or damaged items are returned free for a replacement or refund. Personalised items can only be returned if faulty, and there are no exchanges.
All products are guaranteed for 2 years, and Emma Bridgewater aims to replace pieces less than 5 years old if crazing appears. The pottery is dishwasher safe, except pieces decorated with silver or gold.
