Is there an iD Mobile discount code?

Rarely. iD Mobile's offers are built into its plans:

• SIM only plans from £6 a month, which iD Mobile calls 'jam-packed with data'.
• Phone deals, where iD Mobile says customers save an average of £290 a year compared with the big networks' own prices for the same phone, minutes, texts and data.
• Manufacturer offers on new phones, such as trade-in bonuses, gifts and cashback, which you usually claim after you buy.

iD Mobile student discount: £10 off

Students who register on iD Mobile's student page get £10 off a new phone plan. It's for new customers only, and the registration page has the full terms. Students can also pick any SIM only deal, from £6 a month.

Does iD Mobile have an NHS discount?

We couldn't find an NHS or Blue Light discount on the iD Mobile website, either when we checked on 5 October 2026 or on 11 October 2026. The student discount and refer a friend are the only standing discounts we found.

iD Mobile refer a friend

Share your unique link, and when a friend or family member uses it to buy a pay monthly phone or SIM only plan, you both get a reward. On SIM only plans it's:

Free extras with an iD Mobile plan

iD Mobile says pay monthly and SIM only customers can claim up to 2 months of Apple Fitness+, Apple Music and Apple Arcade free, and a 90-day free trial of McAfee Privacy and Identity Guard. Customers also get iD Loyalty Perks, discounts from household brands, in the iD app. Remember to cancel any free trial you don't want before it ends.

iD Mobile delivery

Delivery is free on all orders. Phones come with free next-day delivery by DPD when you order Monday to Thursday before 8pm, with a one-hour slot and a security PIN sent by email and text. SIM only orders go by Royal Mail Tracked 48 and arrive within 2 to 3 working days, and eSIM QR codes are emailed.

iD Mobile returns

If you bought online or by phone, you have 30 days from receiving your order to return it. Contact customer service first: they'll give you a Return Transaction Number and the returns address, then you have 14 calendar days to send it back, with any free gifts. You pay any charges up to the point your service is disconnected, and any upfront payment for the phone is refunded once the return is complete. Pay-as-you-go SIMs can be returned free, but remaining credit isn't refunded.
