Is there a Travis Perkins discount code?

Not usually. The ways to save that Travis Perkins runs on its own website are:

• Big Trade Deals: reduced prices on building and DIY products.
• Clearance: reduced lines, including an appliance clearance section.
• Benchmarx deals: offers from Travis Perkins' kitchens and joinery business.
• Free next day delivery on orders over £150.
• Free click and collect, usually ready within one hour.

Our Travis Perkins page shows the deals that are live today.

Trade account: personalised prices

A Travis Perkins trade account, cash or credit, gives you personalised trade prices, and the website invites you to sign up for one for discounted prices. Trade account holders also get free branch delivery on orders over £100, instead of £150. If you're doing a big project or buy regularly, it's worth comparing your account price with the website price.

Does Travis Perkins have an NHS or student discount?

We couldn't find an NHS, Blue Light or student discount on the Travis Perkins website when we checked in October 2026. The trade account is the closest thing to a standing discount, and it's open to self-builders as well as trade professionals.

Travis Perkins delivery costs

Prices include VAT. Items sent straight from a supplier, tool hire and Benchmarx may have their own charges.

Next day delivery is available on orders placed before 12pm, Monday to Thursday, at participating branches that have the stock. Branch deliveries come by lorry to the kerbside, with a text giving a 2-hour slot and live tracking. Travis Perkins only delivers within Great Britain, and some Scottish Highland, island and remote postcodes aren't covered.

Free click and collect in one hour

Click and collect is free and usually ready within one working hour if your branch has the products in stock (otherwise 3 to 5 working days). Wait for the 'ready to collect' text, then bring it, your order number and photo ID to the trade counter. Orders not collected within 5 working days are cancelled.

Travis Perkins returns

Travis Perkins takes back items in a resellable condition within 14 days of purchase. Arrange a collection by emailing customerservice@travisperkins.co.uk or calling 0330 123 3846 with your order number. Returns aren't cheap: the collection charge is at least 15% of the order value, a restocking charge may be deducted, and perishable items such as cement and plaster can't be returned. Refunds are made within 7 working days of the return.
