HelloFresh offers at a glance

The offers above are HelloFresh's own. Codes we list on our HelloFresh page may take a different amount off; your discount is always shown at checkout before you pay.

HelloFresh NHS and key worker discount

The key worker discount is HelloFresh's biggest regular offer: 55% off your first box, then 20% off the next 7 boxes. It covers NHS and healthcare staff, teachers, the police and fire service, the military, care workers, supermarket and delivery staff and other key workers. You verify your job online to get your code, then use it when you sign up.

HelloFresh student discount

Students get 10% off every HelloFresh box for 12 months through UNiDAYS. HelloFresh also has student and graduate offers through Student Beans and TOTUM. A smaller discount on every box for a year can add up to more than a one-off first-box saving if you keep your subscription going, so compare the two over the weeks you'll actually order.

Are there HelloFresh codes for existing customers?

First-box codes are for new customers only and won't work on an existing account. As an existing customer you can:

• Refer friends and earn HelloFresh Cash when they order for the first time.
• Collect Avios on your boxes through HelloFresh's Avios partnership.

Rules to know before you use a HelloFresh promo code

• Each code can be used once, needs a HelloFresh account and only works on the HelloFresh website.
• Codes usually don't cover premium recipes, surcharge items or extras.
• You can't combine a code with other offers.

How to skip, pause or cancel HelloFresh

HelloFresh is a rolling weekly subscription: when your discounted boxes end, you pay full price each week unless you skip or cancel. The deadline for any change is 11:59pm five days before your delivery.

• Skip: skip up to 4 weeks at a time in your account or the app.
• Cancel: go to Account Settings, then Plan Settings, and deactivate at the bottom of the page. Cancelling is free and there's no minimum term.
• Cancel your first box: contact customer care before its cut-off.

HelloFresh delivery

HelloFresh delivers seven days a week, with a standard slot of 8am to 9pm. Morning, 2-hour and pre-5pm slots cost extra in some areas. It delivers to mainland UK, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey (not Herm) and some areas of the Scottish Highlands, but not to the Scottish Islands, Alderney or Sark.

Tips to pay less for HelloFresh

1. Key workers: use the key worker offer, the biggest first-box discount HelloFresh runs.
2. Students: compare 10% for 12 months with the new customer first-box offer.
3. Set a reminder before your discounted boxes end, so you can decide whether to keep going at full price.
4. Skip weeks you're away instead of cancelling.
5. Avoid surcharge recipes and extras if you want to keep the weekly price down.
