What is TruffleHunter's delivery policy?
UK orders over £30 get free standard (2 to 3 working days) or scheduled courier delivery to mainland UK. Under £30, standard delivery costs £4.95 and next day or scheduled delivery costs £6.95. Orders placed after 2pm Monday to Thursday are processed the next working day, and after 2pm on Friday on Monday.
Fresh truffles are sent by scheduled courier and need a signature. International orders go by express courier (£38 to Europe, £50 to the rest of the world), and you pay any import duties.
What is TruffleHunter's returns policy?
TruffleHunter says it will refund payments if there's a problem with your goods or you're not satisfied, as long as the goods are returned to it. All complaints must be made within 14 days of receipt.
