What is Transformulas's delivery policy?
UK delivery is free and next day by Royal Mail if you order before 12pm (business days exclude weekends and bank holidays). Next day delivery covers mainland UK, except the Scottish Highlands and Lowlands, which get standard delivery. Parcels need a signature.
For Europe and the rest of the world, the shipping policy says delivery is free over £150, otherwise a flat £16.95, while the FAQ says free over £100 for Europe and £125 for the rest of the world, so check at checkout.
What is Transformulas's returns policy?
You can return an unused item in as-new condition within 14 days for a full refund. Email customercare@transformulas.com with your order number, address and the items first, then post them to Transformulas in Manchester (recorded delivery is recommended). You pay the return postage unless the item is faulty or Transformulas made a mistake.
Refunds go back to your original card, less the original delivery charge, within up to 14 working days. Outlet items are replaced with goods of the same value rather than refunded.
