What is Minerva's delivery policy?
UK delivery
Standard delivery costs £3.99, or is free when you spend £50, and takes 2 to 3 working days after despatch. Express delivery costs £7.99 and courier delivery £19.99; both aim to arrive 1 working day after despatch.
Despatch
Most items are in stock at Minerva's Darwen warehouse and leave within 1 to 3 working days. Print-on-demand fabric and items from other warehouses can take longer, as shown on each product. Orders usually ship together, at the speed of the slowest item.
International
£9.99 flat rate, or free when you spend £150, and about 5 to 7 working days after despatch.
What is Minerva's returns policy?
Minerva offers free returns for UK orders. You can return items within 30 days of delivery, unopened and in new condition with all the original packaging. Use the return form attached to your despatch email.
Fabric can't be returned once it's been cut or washed, so check the colour, length and condition first. Fabric samples and downloads can't be returned. Refunds go back to your original payment card (or gift card), and returns take up to 10 working days to process.

1. Types of Minerva discounts:
Minerva runs codes for a set time, such as a free gift when you spend over a set amount, alongside big sales on fabric and patterns (often 30% to 70% off end-of-line stock) and a Deal of the Day.
Newsletter subscribers get 10% off their next order, and Minerva gives away free dressmaking patterns to members of its online community.
2. The Craft Club:
For a one-off yearly fee, Craft Club members get 10% off every order for 12 months, on top of sale prices and other promotions. The discount applies automatically at checkout when you're signed in.
3. Things to watch out for:
Codes usually can't be combined with another code, and many have a minimum spend. Sale fabric is sold while stocks last, and fabric can't be returned once it's been cut or washed.
